Effective February 16, 2024, resellers will no longer be able to request or initiate return requests as we reserve these resources only for our direct customer. Any purchase from a reseller's account is deemed as final sale. Refunds, including Resale Tax Exemptions, are deactivated for reseller accounts. Your continued use of the Tanga.com marketplace signifies your agreement to the updated terms.

Tax Exemptions FAQ

Effective February 16, 2024, we will be accepting tax exemption documentation for the following type of organizations/entities:

• Religious
• Educational 
• Charitable and Social Welfare 
• U.S. Military and Veteran 

Each exemption submitted will be carefully reviewed prior to approval.

Important Note: Resale Exemptions will no longer be accepted

Tanga reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Tanga also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers. For purposes of these Terms of Sale, reselling is defined as purchasing or intending to purchase any product(s) from the Site for the purpose of engaging in a commercial sale of that same product(s) to a third party.
