Physical Items:
Any issues related to your order must be reported to Tanga within (30) days of delivery. Unless the product description says otherwise (e.g. items marked as "Final Sale") you can return most items purchased on Tanga within thirty (30) days of delivery.
After thirty (30) days of delivery, all items purchased through Tanga are non-refundable and all sales are considered final.
Once a return has been confirmed you will send the goods back to our warehouse(s). The goods will be inspected and processed within 3-5 business days. When your return processing is complete we will issue your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 days to process as it depends on your bank or financial institution.
Items returned are fully refundable as long as the items are returned in the exact condition they were delivered in. If the condition that the item is received is not the standard it was delivered in (i.e. destroyed packaging, water damage, signs of use, etc.), Tanga reserves the right to issue a partial refund or return the item back to you and not issue a refund for the purchase.
Digital Items (Software, Licenses, Gift Cards, Etc.)
