If your product is defective, or damaged in shipment, you can return it to us for a full refund, or a replacement if one is available.
Please email us within the warranty time of the product you purchased or a refund cannot be issued.
If you just can't stand what you purchased and it is in new condition here is what you need to do:
1)Email the Customer Support team for your RMA and return instructions.
2)Send that item back to us within your product warranty limitations for a refund minus all shipping charges.
Make sure to have your order number ready!
