Can I return or exchange my order?

At Tanga.com, we want our customers to shop with confidence!

Our customer service team strives for 100% customer satisfaction, which is why we’ve made returns easy & hassle-free!

1. Contact our Customer Service Team for easy return instructions.

Changed your mind? Simply return the item back to us within 15 days of receipt, and we will issue a refund. Contact us for return instructions to ensure your refund is quick and easy!

Defective or damaged? Please accept our apologies & contact us for return instructions. We must receive these items back within 30 days of receipt* to issue a refund. For damaged or defective items, we will issue a return shipping label for easy returns.

  • Note: The following electronic items must be returned within 15 days of receipt to receive a refund:

    • Computers

    • Computer hardware

    • Camcorders

    • Digital cameras

    • Cell Phones & Smartphones & Smartwatches

    • GPS units

    • Digital music & video players

    • Tablets

    • Headsets & Headphones

    • E-Readers

    • Portable video players

    • Printers (including 3D printers)

    • 3D printing supplies & products

    • Video Game Consoles

Be sure to include the following with your message:

  • Order Number

  • Item/Quantity you wish to return

  • Reason for return

 

Final Sale Items: Some of our items are marked as final sale. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on these items, unless they are defective or broken.

 

2. Package your returned item & ship.

Carefully package the item to be returned along with ALL original packing materials and accessories. Ship to the return address provided to you by Customer Service.

If we e-mailed you a return label, please ship within 5 days of the label date, as our warehouse must receive it within 10 days of the label date to issue a refund.

If you are shipping with your own label, we strongly recommend insuring your package & shipping with a tracking number to be sure the package makes it to our warehouse. We cannot issue a refund for a package that we do not receive.

 

3. Get your money back!

Once we receive your return, we will verify that the item is identical to the brand, specifications, item description & condition* of your original purchase.

  • Note: If your item was sold to you in “New” condition, we expect that the item has not been worn, used or washed.

Once verified, we will issue a refund. This process takes 5-7 business days from the date of receipt.

  • Note: If you are returning at item that is NOT defective or damaged, we will deduct a 15% restocking free from your refund. Your refund will be for the purchase price only. The original shipping charge will not be refunded.  

 

The Return Process takes between 2-3 weeks from shipping date to receipt of refund (in most cases).
