Damaged / Defective
If your product is defective or damaged during transit, please Email contact customer service for more information. Please be advised, you may be required to submit a photograph of the damaged or defective item.
Please email us within 30 days of the product purchase date or a refund cannot be issued. If we determine that you need to send the defective/damaged item back to us, we will send you a return label. Then you just package it back up and send it off.
Changed Your Mind?
If you have changed your mind about your purchase for any other reason, and it is in *new condition, here is what you need to do:
1) Email the Customer Support team for return instructions. Please include your order number and the quantity you want to return in your email.
2) Send that item back to us within 30 days of your purchase date. You will be issued a refund within 3-5 days of receipt (less shipping charges). We STRONGLY recommend shipping with tracking so that if your return package gets lost, it can be found.
*New Condition means that your item has not been worn, used or washed.
Zero Price Items
Sometimes we sell stuff with $0.00 for the price and a small shipping fee. Please note: we do not accept returns on these Zero Price items.
